Devnirob Image Optimizer Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the hosted Devnirob Image Optimizer image-processing service. By connecting the WordPress plugin to the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
The service processes images selected by a WordPress administrator, returns optimized AVIF or WebP files, records usage, and provides license and payment-verification features. Free and paid limits are displayed in the plugin before use or purchase.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to upload and process every image you submit. You must keep your WordPress installation secure and must not abuse, probe, disrupt, resell, reverse engineer, or use the service for unlawful content or activity.
Paid access
Paid access uses manual BEP-20 USDT payments on BNB Smart Chain. The plugin displays the network, token, destination, exact amount, access period, and any multi-site discount before payment. Plans do not renew automatically.
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Transfers made using the wrong network, token, destination, or amount may not activate and cannot be reversed by the service. Access begins only after the required blockchain confirmations are received.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or a particular compression result. Features, quotas, prices, or these terms may change for future use. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can use the plugin's data-removal control for the current installation.
Backups
The plugin creates local restoration backups, but you remain responsible for maintaining an independent site backup before processing important media.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
