Devnirob Image Optimizer Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 25, 2026

This policy explains data handled by the hosted Devnirob Image Optimizer service when a WordPress administrator chooses to connect the plugin.

Data received

  • The WordPress site URL, a random installation ID, and a public signing key used to authenticate requests and enforce quotas.
  • Images and output preferences that an administrator explicitly selects for optimization.
  • License status, plan selection, site count, invoice identifiers, and public blockchain transaction data used to verify optional BEP-20 USDT payments.
  • Standard service logs such as IP address, request time, route, status, request ID, and technical error details.

How data is used

Data is used to provide image processing, return results, secure the service, prevent abuse, calculate quotas, verify payments, troubleshoot failures, and maintain reliability. The service does not receive WordPress passwords, wallet private keys, recovery phrases, or payment-card data.

Retention

Temporary image inputs and outputs are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Installation, quota, license, invoice, and transaction-claim records are retained while needed to provide access, prevent duplicate claims, preserve quota integrity, or meet legal obligations. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting.

Service providers

The backend may query the public BNB Smart Chain RPC at PublicNode to read public token-transfer data. The plugin does not send images, WordPress credentials, wallet keys, or recovery phrases to that RPC. Hosting and network providers may process server traffic as necessary to operate the service.

Sharing and sale

Personal data is not sold. Data may be disclosed to infrastructure providers that operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Your choices

You can decline the connection and the plugin will not contact the service. The plugin provides a control to remove the current installation's backend data. For access or deletion questions, email niroballinone@gmail.com.
